Free study links and a simple way to use them. This companion page collects official exam resources for readers of NCLEX-RN Prep and Pass. Use the current NCSBN materials and your nursing regulatory body’s instructions as the authority for exam rules and registration.
Start with official NCLEX resources
- 2026 NCLEX-RN Test Plan — review the client needs categories, content examples, clinical judgment, and sample items.
- NCLEX Prepare page — open the official Sample Pack, Exam Preview, 2026 Candidate Bulletin, and Candidate Tutorial.
- NCLEX Frequently Asked Questions — check current information about item formats, exam structure, and results.
Make practice useful
- Take a short mixed set without notes and mark each answer as sure, unsure, or guessed.
- For every missed or guessed item, write down the cue you missed, why the safer answer is safer, and one topic to review.
- Choose the next study block from your error log. Rotate through all Client Needs categories and revisit weak areas.
- Use the official Candidate Tutorial and Exam Preview so the computer format feels familiar.
Quick self-check: Can you explain why the correct response is safest, why each distractor is less safe, and what new finding would change your priority?
